Moving families at risk of or experiencing homelessness into sustainable, permanent housing in our community through a continuum of support services.

30 years, 6 programs, 1 goal...
We have been serving Wake County since 1993. In that time, we've evolved and added new programs to continue to serve a growing, changing community. We now have programs in homelessness prevention, rapid-rehousing, emergency shelter, transitional housing, post-shelter stabilization. All these programs help to accomplish our vision to end homelessness in Wake County.
